Applicability

The terms and conditions herein (the "Site Terms") are applicable to the http://www.RoyalArtistClub.com site (the “Site”), and the services provided therein, operated by Nokia Corporation, its subsidiaries, affiliates or designated third parties ("Nokia") from which you have accessed these Site Terms.

By accessing and using the Site, you expressly agree to the following Site Terms.

These Site Terms are applicable to the Site and only the Site, and not any other of Nokia Web or other sites or any other channels or aspects of Nokia's business operations, unless explicitly so stated.

Right to Use the Site and the Contents Thereof

The contents of the Site are Copyright © Nokia Corporation 2006 and the respective Nokia's suppliers and other third parties. It is expressly stated by Nokia and understood and agreed by you that as the contents of the Site might be submitted by third parties Nokia, cannot assume any responsibility whatsoever for such third party contents.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of part or all of the contents in any form without the prior written permission of Nokia is prohibited except in accordance with the following terms.

Nokia consents to you browsing the Site on your computer or a mobile device or other similar devices, as applicable, or printing copies of extracts from these pages for your personal use only and not for redistribution unless consented to in writing by Nokia.

The Site and the content thereof may be used solely for private, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Site Terms and any applicable laws. The use of press releases and other documents classified as "public" is permitted in public communications, provided that the source for the information is stated in such public communications.

Please note that individual documents and/or services provided on the Site may be subject to additional terms indicated in connection with the documents and/or services.

Submissions by You

By submitting material to any of our servers, for example, by e-mail or via the Site, you agree that:

(a) the material will not contain any item that is unlawful or otherwise inappropriate due to, without limitation, its libelous, slanderous or defamatory nature; and

(b) you will use reasonable efforts to scan and remove any viruses or other contaminating or destructive features before submitting any material; and

(c) you own the material or have the unlimited right to provide it to Nokia and Nokia may publish the material free of charge and/or incorporate it or any concepts described in it in our products without accountability or liability; and

(d) you agree not to take action against Nokia in relation to material that you submit and you agree to indemnify Nokia if any third party takes action against Nokia in relation to the material you submit.

Nokia does not and cannot review the content posted by users on its Site and is not responsible for such content. Nokia may at any time at its exclusive discretion remove any content submitted by you or other users.

Notice Procedure

Nokia respects the intellectual property of others and requires the same from the users of this Site. Additionally, Nokia asks persons submitting content to the Site to use good judgment and exercise discretion in choosing appropriate subjects and subject matter for any photos or video submissions to the Site. In the event that you are aware of any content that infringes your or someone else’s copyright or other intellectual property rights or is otherwise unlawful or inappropriate, please inform Nokia of such content by form of reporting inappropriate content.
