So we have just opened the john peel stage! This was taken during sound check and the tent actually filled up for our 11am start. Good gig, we are buzzing after and the crowd was great. Stuck around for some patrick watson but have to go off to wakestock now to play there. Rock and roll!

After a few lovely days off, we have arrived at the o2 to do a one off gig for itv with the zutons and alphabeat. Got a day full of tv type stuff..so much fun..:) ps come and see us at one of the festivals this summer, check our myspace for details

Sparks support

Well, we have just supported sparks on their 18th consecutive gig at islington academy. They are legends and it was fun. They were gigging their 2000 release album 'balls'. We are now driving down to cornwall so we can get a morning in on the beach, our tech is a bit of a pro surfer, and he is going to take us out on the waves- if you are at the show tomorrow look out for the wanna-be dudes and that we'll be us! We are playing at 6pm tomorrow on the main stage at beach break live, hopefully the weather will be as good as today. Maybe catch some of yous there!x

So we are travelling up to middlesbrough to play music live. You always know its a long drive when the guitar comes out! We are on at 7.15, looking forward to catching some other bands afterwards. Tomorrow we are back on tour with the guillemots for our final 3 shows with them. Ps Our album is out tomorrow! It is called 'man in the machine'..

Its our 5th show with the guillemots and we are at the legendary barrowlands in glasgow-we were here only a few weeks ago with we are scientists and its good to be back. The venue has great sound. Glasgow is a bit lively at the moment because celtic just won the league. Anyhow, back to enjoy the guillemots now. Ps in dundee tomorrow and leeds on monday.

Just got off stage from our second show with the guillemots. We are in wolverhampton and it is our first visit to this fine area. Crowd was really good tonight so thanks if you came down. Can hear the sound of line checks coming from on stage so we are going to go up to watch the main act.

Tuts!

Just arrived at king tuts in glasgow which is a favourite. We were here only a couple of weeks ago supporting we are scientists but its a good city to come back to. Unfortunately we have got to rush off afterwards to get a ferry to ireland for the dublin uni ball tomorrow. Had a great gig yesterday in liverpool, and a sweaty journey up here :)
